My area of expertise are property development, high level project management, leading teams of project managers and problem solving.  I absolutely thrive on resolving problems such as maintenance esp. where others have tried and cannot get to the root cause!

What I enjoy the most: It’s simple, I thoroughly enjoy making people smile, this also confirms to me that I have done a job well, more importantly added value.

An interesting fact about me: I decided to be bold and daring resulting in me abseiling down the side of a mountain.  This was one of my most terrifying experiences, especially as I’m petrified of heights! I won’t climb a ladder, let alone a mountain.  I’m proud to say I did it!

My role is very diverse I am responsible for target setting, looking at strategies, demographics, sales and marketing.  I also assist with various other roles within the business as and when required.

What I enjoy most: Being a piece of the jigsaw puzzle aka team!

An Interesting Fact: I have walked on fire! I did this a few years back it was one of many challenging situations I have put myself through.  Knowing full well I will either make it or burn myself in the process! It didn’t help when an ambulance pulled up before starting.  Due to the sudden surge of confidence, will power & self-belief…I did it.

My role is to pull all of the different dynamics of the team together and ensure that we are not only achieving but exceeding the very high standards of care and attention that all of our clients should expect.

I set challenging daily objectives and oversee them throughout the day to ensure that all of our clients both landlords and tenants alike can be safe in the knowledge they have the very best team possible in Coventry always working hard on their behalf.

I most enjoy the excellent reviews and comments we receive on a daily basis, this speaks volumes for me about the outstanding group of people I work with.

An interesting fact about me: Once I sold a house for the Hollywood actress Keira Knightly’s mother-in-law.

I am responsible for referencing and checking all tenants are able to rent properties through Cloud9 Estates by following a stringent process. I’m here to ensure every check is done correctly. What I enjoy the most: Helping people provide the right documentation to make checks quick so that decisions can be made. An interesting fact about me: I am 1 of 20 children from my Dad. Lol, my dad has 10 boys and 10 girls and we all know each other.

I am responsible for booking general inspections and ensuring the reports are sent over to the landlords in a timely manner. What I enjoy the most: Helping people resolve their property related queries & being thorough when looking at inspections. An interesting fact about me: I put myself forward for the ARLA qualification before starting work with Cloud9 Estates.

I’ve been with Cloud9 Estates for a few years now, it’s the best move I made.  I’ve been in the industry since July 2011 therefore understand every aspect of Estate Agency and I am an ARLA member.

What I enjoy the most: I enjoy meeting new customers & helping anyone and everyone coming to Cloud9 Estates.

An interesting fact about me: Since the age of 4 I did gymnastics and became the BADAGA overall champion by the age of 15 and I held this title until I retired to pursue my career in property.
