Director – Owner
Sanj is the owner of Cloud9 Estates covering Coventry, some of Birmingham and surrounding areas. As founder of the Cloud9 Estates brand and having started as a sole trader Sanj has built his brand throughout Coventry from a small property trading business to a best in class specialist agent. Sanj is widely respected as an expert in his field. Rather than follow in the family tradition of shop keeping he went to work for a Telecoms Organisation and qualified as a well regarded Senior Project Manager, managing large Telecom Brands and rolling out the first VOIP in the UK. By the time he left the Telecoms Industry he owned a portfolio of properties some of which he still owns today. Some 10 years later Sanj now manages hundreds of properties since 2014 under Cloud9 Estates brand and many more personally prior to its creation, his success and track record speaks for itself.
My name is Rosie, I am responsible for managing the sales process for clients through providing support and guidance to clients who are looking to buy or sell their property. Selling or buying a property can be very stressful my role is to ease the stress and take this on myself and away from my clients. My background is sales, finance & head of operations managing across various sites across the UK & NI. My forte is sales, I thoroughly enjoy the buzz from sales the challenge of setting tight targets & delivering! I pride myself of excellent customer service, I know exactly how to treat my clients as I have been in their shoes myself, I have brought, sold and rented properties and know how you can be treated & of course let down by your agent, I get great satisfaction knowing I have gone above and beyond and more importantly helped deliver what my client has expected from me and more.
Business Administrator
My name is Hannah, I've worked within Customer Service for over 15 years, my role at Cloud9 Estates is Business Administrator, I handle all admin tasks for our fully managed properties, which include; Council Tax correspondence & registering, manage the utility supplier processes, in a nutshell my role is to ensure our landlords sit back and relax! leaving all the running around to me! I also manage inspection bookings, generate reports, ensuring all tenants maintain the property in good order. I book the repairs, process both sales & letting enquiries, scheduling viewings and updating our diary.
Letting Applications Processor
My role at Cloud9 Estates is Letting Applications Processor. I am an experienced bi-lingual Customer Service adviser, I have extensive experience in ensuring client needs are identified and appropriate action is taken to maintain client retention and satisfaction. I am able to communicate in various languages such as Polish, Russian, Ukraine and Romanian, this is great because there is no language barrier between Cloud9 Estates and our clients! My role includes processing applications, making sure all paperwork is in place, conduct credit checks, obtain references. I am also responsible for ensuring properties are ready for our new tenants. Furthermore, I manage the gas safety certificates processes, maintenance work ensuring any issues identified are resolved as soon as possible.
Payments Coordinator
My name is Linda, I have many years estate agency experience, my role involves me ensuring the tenants pay their rent on time and that the landlords receive their payment, I speak various languages including Mandarin, Chinese & Cantonese this is great when liaising with our Asian landlords and tenants alike. I thoroughly love my job, I enjoy the fast pace, chasing payments where required and ensuring all records are updated & landlords happy! I process payments, contracts, renew tenancies and ensure that all records are accurate.
Advertising & Enquiries Coordinator
My name is Harvey, I have been with Cloud9 Estates for a year now! My role is varied, however, I predominantly manage all of the letting enquiries. I am also responsible for managing the end to end process from advertising all of the Sales, Letting and Commercial properties to making the adverts live, taking calls, receiving email enquiries to then booking viewings! I am currently undergoing training and further education whilst working at Cloud9 Estates I have been lucky to be supported by my employers to further develop myself and enhance my qualifications.
Viewings Assistant
My name is Johnny, I am responsible for conducting all viewings, inspections, valuations. I take potential tenants to properties and show them around, I also pick up and drop off students in our vibrant looking Cloud9 Estates vehicle! We want to help people who don’t drive as we like to add a special caring touch for our students as we understand that not all students drive & viewing properties can be stressful. At Cloud9 Estates our team want to eliminate stress where we can. I also liaise with landlords in terms of viewing their properties, providing guidance, carry out all inspections, inventories, my role requires a lot of attention to detail as I am the person who will report back any issues to the team!
Assistant Manager
My name is Stacey, I have recently joined Cloud9 Estates as an Assistant Manager. My role is to manage the team and ensure that the office is running efficiently. My ethos is to ensure every customer leaves happy! regardless of whether the customer is a landlord or tenant. I have over 7 years Estate Agency experience with a diploma in residential sales & lettings, property management and business qualifications. I thrive on working hard and ensuring all of our customers are treated well.
